"The house is beautiful with a lovely partial view of the gulf from the kitchen. The home is full of light and has a relaxed feeling. We enjoyed having the bikes for our morning ride and the beach wagon, cooler and tent for our afternoons at the beach. The location is great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants close by and near the bike paths. We loved everything about the house."

"Gorgeous accommodations. The owners spared no expense in finishes in this beach house rental. Marble finishes, comfortable beds, high end appliances, bikes and more. The description of the property is accurate. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. A wagon, beach chairs, and nice size easy to set up cabana we're available to use. We had 3 small suv's Toyota Rav 4 size, and they all fit in the available parking. Home owners were always quick to respond to any question we had. There are 4 floors and lots of stairs, but an elevator is available to use. I would recommend taking house shoes or a pair of tennis shoes to wear only when you are in the house. There was even an extra fridge in the garage for keeping drinks cold. Our entire family had a wonderful time. We had 10 guest. The bunk room with the 4 small beds would just be for smaller children 5'4 or under. This was mentioned in the write-up. We had plenty of space for our teenage kids."

"WORTH EVERY PENNY! One of the BEST properties in the area! This home could not be more perfect! Excellent location, a very short walk to the beach, wonderful amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout! The bikes and beach equipment were very useful throughout the week and the views from both decks are gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and extra bedding for our large family, and the elevator was very convenient and great for hauling groceries! We stay at homes 2x a year with our large family and have never been as impressed with the level of cleanliness as we were with this home! The hosts were attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay, and we look forward to visiting again soon!"

AMAZING Seagrove Beach Property!

"Heaven on Pointe is five stars and more! We were welcomed with a sweet note and a box of chocolates. The owners went above and beyond and were very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this house tucked away from it all on the quaint little street. It is absolutely stunning and the views of the ocean were fabulous. It had everything we needed to make our summer beach trip more than I could’ve ever imagined. We have been coming to Seagrove for 21 years and this is the most beautiful, roomy place we have stayed. This house will not disappoint and you will never want to leave! Thank you for having us and sharing your home."

Stairs to Heaven!

"The house is very pretty and has a beachy-feel on the inside with the color palette used and the extra tall ceilings. Thank the Lord for the elevator because without it I don't know if our food would have made it to the 3rd floor kitchen. (55 total steps to get to the 4th floor--we did get our steps in.) We enjoyed that beautiful kitchen and especially the 3rd floor balcony. The house was filled with children and grandchildren so our respite was getting up early to enjoy coffee on the porch. I might need to add that the weather was perfect with low humidity for our vacation week. Bikes available were all in great condition along with other items useful for a week at the beach. It is a little hike to get to the beach especially when you are pulling a wagon (which is also provided at the house) filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers and other beach paraphernalia. Also, the really cute bunk room is definitely for children just as described because the bunks are a little shorter than normal beds. Our preteen grandsons were actually too tall to be comfortable in the bunks, but they managed. Overall, we enjoyed the house, but most of all we just enjoyed being together! Isn't that the purpose of an extended family beach trip???"
